Sauganash-North Park Village Historic bike tour


Join Alderman Margaret Laurino, historians from Lost Chicago, and your neighbors from Sauganash and Peterson Park, for a six mile ride that will highlight scenic and historic sites throughout Sauganash and North Park Village. The ride leaves from the south end of Sauganash Trail, at intersection of Bryn Mawr and Kostner on Sunday, October 16 at 10:00 am. No registration necessary.

Wednesday August 4th:

Come visit APB in the Andersonville Farmers Market, Berwyn between Clark and Ashland, 3-5pm.

Offering bike safety tips and adjustments.

Come visit APB in the Glenwood Farmers Market in Rogers Park, 9am-2pm.

Let’s have a neighborhood picnic and get acquainted.  Bring your picnic basket!  We’ll have information about how we can save money while saving the planet.  We’ve invited local businesses, NEIU Green Cycle Club, and city agencies to share ideas about sustainable living.

Will have an Bike Safety Fair
After that we will do basic safety check up on all the bikes.
There will be a bicycle auction after-wards complaints of Kozy Cyclery all donations & proceeds will go towards the youth programs. 

April 17Th

American Diabetes Association / Tour De Cure & Albany Park Bikes will be working together. 

It's springtime & you go out  to the garage to pull out that old bicycle. But , this what you need to know before taking it out for spin. 
And: Buying a brand new bike. What are you looking to do with her. How many miles are you planning on riding. What kind of riding , City / Trails , Mountain  or Road  Bike. Fitting your correct size, Learn the How's, to Know on sizing that fits appropriate.

First APB Bike Workshop Description

Have bike that needs work on well A.P.B. will have it's first open bike work shop. There will be instructor's for assistants. Albany Park Bikes will supply tools, stand, etc in friendly environment. Share some bike stories get some fun. While this is open shop & free. Donations are greatly appreciated for we are volunteering our time & tools , etc.
